Our Story

ShimmerShield started as a spark of inspiration between three high school girls who loved jewelry but hated when it tarnished. We were tired of seeing our favorite rings lose their shine and necklaces turn dull—so instead of just dealing with it, we decided to do something about it.

The idea really came to life thanks to a business class offered at our school. With the guidance of our teacher and the resources from the class, we got the chance to turn our passion into a real product. We learned how to budget, brand, market, and pitch—all while juggling homework and sports practice (because, you know, life doesn't stop). The class gave us the structure, the encouragement, and most importantly, the confidence to believe in our idea.

That idea became ShimmerShield—a jewelry spray that’s cute, protective, and totally designed with people like us in mind. It helps keep your jewelry looking fresh and fabulous, even after all-day wear. We made it portable, affordable, and safe to use on your favorite pieces.
